This flower-adorned sadhu seemed to have been a regular fixture on the ghats of Dashashwamedh. This region is home to quite a few of these wandering holy men, some of whom are only temporary visitors, while others who’ve carved out a permanent abode in this city of myth and mystery.

I had watched this particular sadhu for a couple of days, following him as he offered his blessings to any family who cared to ask.
